Pauline Berry

Vocalist -Manager Pauline Berry's background in music goes back to residencies as a nightclub singer in the mid and late 1980's, then onto rock lineups in the 1990s prior to forming The Mermaids in 1997 with Martin Winch.  She has sang on hundreds of radio and TV jingles during the 80s and 90s.  Additionally she has managed bands since 1988, organized and handled tours and festivals during the 90s and up to the present time. She is your point of liaison at all bookings, and loves making sure all the details are looked after. 

Pauline manages www.bandsonline.co.nz, a small agency consisting of a selection of bands and duos, including a Latin duo, Popera act, tribute acts and more. 

She is also a Marilyn Monroe Impersonator, on occasion. Please see As Marilyn for more information. She has performed around NZ doing this musical tribute for black tie events, and two TV appearances including "Stars in Their Eyes" and a Sky TV Commercial.

Pauline Berry & Martin Winch wrote a song  for "The Mermaids" - The Cocktail Song - the first Salsa Music Video ever produced in NZ and its getting hits from around the world. Available on www.youtube.com/themermaids
