Pauline Berry &
Martin Winch created "The Mermaids" in 1997. Pauline manages
the band and Martin Winch is the Musical Director.
Pauline has now been a professional singer
and band manager for two decades. She performed as resident singer several years in clubs as well as managing and
performing in rock band "No Paparazzi" in the 90s. She has
sung on hundreds of TV/radio commercials, soundtracks and backing vocals
on various album projects.

Pauline
Berry & Martin Winch wrote a song especially for
"The Mermaids" - this is The Salsa Remix! - the first Salsa
Music Video ever produced in NZ and its getting hits from around the
world.

Pauline wrote a track on Amber Claire's 2004 album "Love and Such",
"Here It Comes Again", with Martin Winch which previously appeared on Pauline's
